In team we are become very good friends and we take care of each other in work, we don't hesitate to give/take help to friends.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we did not get higher present of rate. if your salary is high then your less % of increment silicified Employee but I already have less salary and if I got 8% hike then the amount will be so much less. take example of salary 1000 and it 10% and 100 and its 12%. it encourage to take wrong decision.
