There are no good benefits like internet, electricity, AC, workstation, provident fund, parental insurance etc are not at all good in this company. The managers should be fair enough to consider the performance of the resources without any bias.

There is no proper scale to measure the compensation. The less experienced are getting high positions and higher salaries. The managers should not be biased
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are certain aspects where the team is good. Experience is not valued. Example, whatever the work we are right now doing is not groomed properly. As per my experiece, I told the team to take time on proper grooming, but experience is not considered. Becoz of this, now we drop certain features.
