Very collaborative. Everyone has a great attitude towards their work.

Flex PTO is awesome. Allows me to be more productive at work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Our customers success. Feeling like I'm having an impact externally and internally. Ideas and observations being received properly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great culture. Was really apprehensive about working for a larger company after my previous job. That's why I chose to work at a start up (AgencyZoom). Then the acquisition occurred and I was thinking "Oh here we go." Very pleasantly surprised with the internal promotion process and overall fit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very professional on the front end, but the company doesn't force you to be as buttoned-up during meetings or peer to peer interactions. It's nice to be able to deliver quality service to our customers while not having to pretend were something we're not when interacting behind the scene
