The best part about working at Vertafore are the opportunities for advancement. It is possible to come into the company at the entry level and work your way up or transfer to a different department.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really appreciate the incentive to work holidays and the PTO offerings. I am satisfied with the benefits.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate that efforts are being made to improve retention with new opportunities to grow/receive increased compensation within our support dept.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Strong emphasis on teamwork. I have found contacts across all departments that I can come to with questions. We are all willing to help each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing. All members of my team are totally willing to go out of their way to help out when one of us is struggling. Our analysts in particular are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and I appreciate them so so much.
What makes you most happy at work?
What I like about my work is that every day is different. There is always something new to learn about the software and I appreciate the challenge of a difficult to crack case. I also enjoy working with customers - most are very kind and appreciate the work we do for them.
