What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There are lot many changes recently in the senior management. CTO, VP and Senior Manager of Technical Tower resigned in span of 2 months. Due to which some employees have lost faith. Employees need to trust the company again, and for which Vertafore needs to put in efforts.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Apart from the new hired senior technical members, Coworkers who are working since a long time are less technical. Recently there is too much technical work that is assigned to India team, but on the other hand India team lack technical knowledge. Due to which we have to rely on US counter parts.
