Can Improve flexibility in working hours. Currently, most decisions are managed centrally by HR. Allowing managers or directors to have greater responsibility in monitoring accountability could be beneficial, as they have better insight into team performance, workload balance, and individual needs.

Its quite good team, the best part is no micro management and they belive the team always.
It would be beneficial to increase the health insurance coverage to better align with current hospital expenses. Additionally, including parental insurance as part of the benefits package would be an excellent enhancement.
Top-level leadership has clear goals and demonstrates strong concern for resources. However, there is room for improvement within middle-level leadership, particularly in their willingness to take a stand and respond effectively when situations require it.
