
It has been disturbing this year that changes are made and then they are retroactive. Bonus was changed but was changed back to beginning of 3rd quarter while 3rd quarter bonus was being paid
For a technology company our technology used internally is very lacking, ineffective, and inefficient. Also emphasis on our products seems to be "modernizing" rather than fixing bugs and improving efficiency for our users.

I used to be on the road and that is what I signed up for. Now most of my work is remote at home and not as fulfilling
they seem dedicated but the HR team does not work from handbook and rules get changed and then are changed retroactively without the new changes being listed in the handbook.
Layoffs and moves have calmed down over the past bunch of years which is a good thing. It is demoralizing to work very hard and then complete offices are just shut down without opportunity to work remotely.
My immediate manager and the manager above her are committed to excellence and to providing me with the resources I need to do my job. I have little to no interaction with management above that. However, it is disturbing how many great employees have been let go over the years.
