My onboarding in 2022 is best described as receiving training from a fire hose. There were several of us onboarding at the same time. Then we lost 5 team members plus 2 more who were promoted. As new PMs our workload doubled - with less than clear training. We have been struggling ever since.

Recognizing successes and failures constructively. Restructure the promotion process to reflect excellent work rather than having to apply for a promotion.
