Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not that we feel undervalued. The company is great at making us feel valued. It's the current inflation rate that's making it harder than expected financially, especially for families with kids.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the leadership team listening to our feedback and taking action based on the feedback provided. The leadership team has displayed an interest in keeping the mental wellbeing of their employees at the forefront of their decisions.
