Top execs seem talented, but middle management is not as impressive; meetings are often disorganized and generally without an agenda; they never start on time, which is disrespectful and a huge waste of employees' time; excited and awesome seem to be the only words presenters know; good work pace.

My specific team - industry knowledge; can do attitude; focused on customer relations and success

do more than the average or just what they can to get by; show up on time to meetings - prepared

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is very talented and creative; other teams within V4 seem to not be accountable for performance, are not willing to go out of their lane (extra mile) and often are not qualified for their positions it seems.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Many of the individuals I work with I find to be ill-equipped to succeed in the MGA space; no understanding of ISO and of building custom software; inadequate process with MGA to effectively meet and exceed customer needs; Salesforce configuration or lack thereof.
