The variety of projects and the gratification of completing a task. Also working with and helping others.

Always there for me when I have questions, need help or to resolve any issues that I have.

We all are willing to take a call and I've never felt like I bothering anyone when I needed assistance.

Getting to work from home but also still feeling like you work as a team by communication through Teams

The majority of people are very helpful and will take time to get on a call with you to answer questions

My immediate boss is always available to assist me when I need help. The rest of the leadership team, I have no contact with.

Being able to be creative and feeling successful when a project has been completed. Also knowing that every project is different so it's not boring.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not a fan of United Health care. Many things not covered or out of network. Also just to get a new CPAP machine which I have been on for 8 years took 8 months to go through the whole process and cost me $168 out of pocket to do a home sleep test before I could do an overnight one to get settings.
