My team is incredibly kind and generous helping new team members get acclimated and sharing knowledge and feedback

I love that we're tackling some challenging objectives, but we're doing it together and making this company and the whole team better along the way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think there is a high level of transparency across leadership. They share ideas, goals, performance metrics and try to keep all staff included in the conversation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like there's a great balance in every meeting of 5 minutes to say hello and just be humans in the room (or zoom) before we tackle the agenda.
