It is an amaging experience working with vertafore. Just want to work from office to get more concentrate and more fun. Missing those day working from office, chit-chats, fund activities, project parties, festival celebration and annual event which gives more balance to the work.

Working in the office will give more positivity that gives more interaction with team/other teams.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
During the appraisal/promotion through internal mobility, we are not getting much and when we discussed Manager/HR, there is no chance to increase salary and they will say this is highest for your experience. But when we get another job opportunity Manager/HR will agree whatever the offered package.
