Positive, would have liked more training when I started. They have since fixed that.

Work from home. My boss is great.

Meetings with the carriers and team meetings
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher hourly rate. Lower cost of benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They help each other. Very eager to share knowledge.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be more encouraging to the new people.
What makes you most happy at work?
Consistent work. Work that keeps me busy. Interacting with carriers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better pay. Better Benefits. Better training. So much more training. Please train newbies more!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Previously paid more for same type of work.. in 2000, Wages too low for this area.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't. They are a bunch of well to do show offs that throw their financial success in the face of the lower class, entry level workers. They have no financial struggles, they don't live paycheck to paycheck. It's infuriating to see them post pics of vacations that no one else can afford.
