As I started my journey with Vertafore 6 months ago, so far my experience is good till date considering regular connects with director, Sr.Director, Supervisor, leadership team and HR, etc. Easily reachable and immediate support is provided whenever needed. Overall I am satisfied.

Very supportive and open to the employees on any happening event, friendly communication, good mentorship.

It is just a month journey here for me. So far so good but I can give more feedback after few months of my journey.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is too good as compared with my earlier work experience because the working model is strictly Agile and every minor thing goes as per the process with discussion, documentation and approval.
