What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel like Customer Service Reps should be paid more. Personally, I have to put up with a lot of rude and inconsiderate customers, at least enough to make me consider other avenues to further my career. The nature of the job can sometimes make me feel bad about myself and my self-worth.
