I honestly love working at this company. The environment is fun and rewarding, the employees are all generally helpful and encouraging, and the customer experience is pleasant. My only complaint is that I wish for better pay, regarding the high volume of knowledge needed to successfully do my job.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I enjoy my fast paced, involved position in support. I have no intention of moving out of this area for the foreseeable future as I do love it. I do however feel I should be compensated more for the continuous acquisition of knowledge required.
What makes you most happy at work?
I greatly enjoy interacting with my coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel as if I can be comfortable being "me" at work, sharing my interests and excitements regarding life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have wonderful cooperation and support from everyone with everything from covering shifts to sharing knowledge as well as assisting in difficult calls and case.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of the leadership team seems to care about their employees wellbeing and doing what is best for us in the ways that they are able to.

They attempt to keep us informed on the state of the business as well as constantly urging for suggestions on improvements for the company or for the future/happiness of employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my co-workers is always an exciting part of the day. I also enjoy bringing quick assistance to our valued customers and exploring our more difficult impasses with cases.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have great communication and efficient, fast paced problem solving abilities between all of us. Also, the senior reps are excellent at teaching or assisting when needed, either during formal training or during a normal workday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that the company attempts to provide a safe environment for different social groups, no matter your interests. Also, the local based office is great about planning casual, bonding experiences for the employees over a good meal and interactive learning experiences or activities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pulaski's pay scale compared to other jobs within the area which require much less knowledge and dedication is very low in comparison to our support position. The perks are sufficient however the base pay is not substantial as I think support is due a cost of living increase.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Many fast food restaurants, for example, around the US offer jobs starting at $17 an hour. I would like to think my time and effort in obtaining/learning very large amounts of information on products is more highly valued than taking orders, refilling drinks, or cooking simplistic food on a grill.
