Being remote and not having to travel into work each day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really appreciate that we continue to be remote. It truly makes a difference in home/work life. I don't get as burnt out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It feels like for the amount of fires we have to put out when the product is not 100 percent, we should be paid more.
