We are respectful of each other, we help each other, and we have fun as a team.

They are understanding and fair. Every manager I've had has always treated me with respect and helped my professional growth.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commission structure is pretty good. Great incentives for exceeding numbers and no commission cap. Great quarter bonuses and spiff also help bring in some more money if you're having a good month/quarter.
