Commission rate is pretty competitive and I like the flexible PTO and hybrid work schedule.

We can rely on each other, and I feel like our team genuinely will do whatever to make sure we are successful and supported.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the leadership team is hands on without hounding us. They are available enough that I feel supported, and feel empowered to do my job well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like most everyone that works here. There is an overall sense of positivity among teams and I like the hybrid schedule where I can still have the flexibility of working from home and in the office. It lends to a work/life balance that makes work more enjoyable.
