I began working as my team was moving out of crisis mode. There weren't enough people so everyone was wearing multiple hats and there wasn't anything in place to train a new person let alone time to sit with them. I'd say the opposite is true now. The team worked hard to be welcoming and educate.

People are genuinely happy to share the information that they have.
What makes you most happy at work?
Most of my tasks feel like completing a puzzle or a riddle. The best feeling is the eureka moment of figuring them out. This feeling comes when working alone or with others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The culture at Vertafore is wonderful but I'm making just above what is needed to live in my county. A pay increase to at least match the reported inflation would be appreciated.
