I do appreciate that the leadership team is committed to flexibility and empowering employees to make decisions.

I feel that I am more productive than the average person in my position and contribute more to other initiatives and items that fall outside my normal job duties.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is very progressive, inclusive, and accepting. Sometimes much more than I am, but that is cool I am glad they make an effort to reach every employee and make them feel seen.
