I've been promoted twice since I've joined the company. Though there are times during staffing issues where it can be difficult to get someone's time for assistance. However, most of the time everyone is happy to help each other.

On my way to my first interview, Kristi Schmitt let me call in and reschedule because I was in a car accident. That set the tone for what has been a friendly, supportive work environment. I appreciate the comradery my managers foster. I enjoy the opportunity to mix tech and customer skills.

Professional and friendly. Everyone seems willing to help and if they can't they help point me in the right direction.

The generous PTO and flexible first policy for work from home vs office help me from getting burned out, and keeps me wanting to do my best to stay here!

I feel they value work-life balance, and don't seem to jump on the same trains I see other CEOs doing. That is, big lay-offs or sweeping changes to how we work.

We get along well in general. Everyone is eager to help each other out. There is no cattiness or drama between people on my team. We all want to do right by the company and our customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers and leaders are positive and helpful. Life outside of work is important, and I have never been made to feel guilty for being sick (or needing PTO). My managers have been supportive in my career. Also, the flexibility to work from home, not worrying about what is going on at home.
