When closing a sale is not held up by unnecessary internal roadblocks, approvals, or added work due to having to follow company policy
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Seems fair, with room for growth. I could get paid more somewhere else, but my leadership & work/life balance make up for that.

My direct team is the best. There's experience & longevity coupled with personalities that will continue to maintain and grow relationships on behalf of Vertafore.
