Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall my experience with the company is very good except the hikes especially to the India teams. Pay is not upto the mark according to the standards of a product development company considering experienced fullstack developers. I hope it will be fixed. Also, work life balance completely gone.

Everyone in the company are very approchable including leadership, HR and Accounts departments.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't know for some reason Vertafore India employees are offering very low hikes including the top performers. Atleast promotion should add better numbers but that is also not happening in Vertafore. Personally I feel I am not paid upto the mark based on my skillset and experience.
