The overall experience the first year was not great. Lots of unforeseen challenges came with being put on PIP and not notified when looking to pursue another job within Vertafore. I have been in accounting for 22 years and was trying to make a lateral move. Till finding out I could not.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are short staffed and have picked up numerous more carriers and more work and not being compensated for it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working from home is very positive. I get more done here than when I go into the office for work sessions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making my Carriers happy with moving their work through and get them what they want and need in order to be successful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work very hard to maintain The Vertafore Way and our team are not just co-workers we are friends and family that care about one another in and out of work. If one needs help the others help. Teamwork!!!
