In my 3, almost 4 years here, I've met people in person and over the phone that I would trust to personally and professionally. I've also met people that I wouldn't but that could and would me.

To reiterate what I've said before, I cant imagine working anywhere or with anyone else and wouldn't want to.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The way we understand and compliment each other.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Communication is key in leadership and our leadership team communicates.

What makes you most happy at work?

My coworkers and customers and the conversations I have with both.

My co-workers and troubleshooting/analyzing the data and information we work with.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Personally I'm a fan of the holiday schedule, planned/provided pto as well as the unscheduled.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Only being able to choose one, Id say the way we congratulate and encourage each other.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We are promoted as a "tech" company and the compensation provided doesn't align with the tech industry

at what I call the local level which would be departmental, nearly everything. they're communicative, encouraging and well prepared for what we see and show for in support.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Their honesty and ability to empathize. They humanize and encourage us to humanize ourselves and others. They support, encourage and champion for us publicly and privately; personally and professionally.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We're supportive. Whether its in development, qa, support or product management; we work well together. Introverted, extroverted, solitary or social we are a team of people who are together in who we are and what we do.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Please see my notes regarding my co-workers and teams. It would be the same for everyone, including leadership and executive management, We all know each other here and even when that's problematic, its not, because we all know each other here.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Its like the popular and current slang "the ones that get it, get it." A lot of us have shared experiences, and ideas/ideals, personally and/or professionally, that overlap into so many areas of our working and lived lives that really and truly, we're kind of a big deal.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The open air quality in our communications. We're encouraged to not only be ourselves but be ourselves in a way that makes others being comfortable in being themselves. We're encouraged to use our inside voice and outside voice. Speak up, say it do it, see something say something.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that because our cost of living is lower than other states where we maintain offices, its assumed that our cost of living is low, which would be incorrect. I would feel more correctly compensated if we were compensated leveraging the average among our offices per position and across the board
