Salary compensation needs to improve and I emphasize to maintain working remotely to avoid churn of employees to leave the company and look elsewhere. Don't want to risk Vertafore losing costly talent and skills that may cost more to replace in a short-period of time to be able to meet revenues

Mutual support of growth and transfer of knowledge. No major drama as long as you're not a jerk
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexibility and able to work remotely without being obligated to come into the office. It's personally expensive to have to commute to the main office on a daily basis due to time invested towards commuting, mileage costs and parking costs. That time detracts from team productivity and morale
