team leaders willing to work together up to a point...it needs to be better, but everyone is worried about filling out the forms properly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
compensation is NOT true to market for any levels within the technology side. I am not sure where they get the numbers but they are under by around 20% generally to what the market of Denver/CT pay.
