Early on it was very promising! As time has gone on, I have realized that the company is not prepared to compensate the workers fairly. It is like a dangling carrot - always after you do something but the pay is not offered before you take on extra work.

What makes you most happy at work?

My coworkers. I was excited for some time but realized pretty quickly the promise of raises/promotions is not met.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The employees. If it wasn't for the great people on the team - the pay would not justify the work load.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Paying employees fairly. Many times we are short staffed and the compensation does not match. Raises rarely match inflation - being in Denver, the pay does not equal the amount needed to live in the city.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay must match what is required to live in the city where the company operates. It is difficult to see how much money the company makes and not see that equal pay raises are given to us. I am sure the executives see the increase, but we do not.
