I think the company is up front about having a commitment to providing good benefits and a good work/life balance to their employees. Colleagues are great and the work is reasonable. I am concerned about a possible full-time return to office though - we want hybrid work!

Transparency in their goals for their own sectors of the company.

Friendly, competent, engaged in the work, good people to be around in general.

My coworkers have my back and I know we'll collectively do good work

Regular updates on company goals and progress. Transparency about the state of the business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible vacation time, great insurance coverage, plenty of holidays... It's hard to pick one.

I enjoy the people I work with and feel encouraged to do good work. I feel that standards are high but reasonable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company seems to care that the employees are happy working there. I feel like I'm wanted at the company and that I'll be taken care of.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great benefits and great colleagues. Our work is flexible and management seems to understand that deadlines are deadlines, but so long as those are met, our work isn't that demanding.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our benefits are fantastic, but the pay for my position lags behind many similar positions I see posted online. I'd like to see this brought more in line with current market rates.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is welcoming and genuine. My team is friendly and seems to like being around each other. My department as a whole is welcoming and I feel like I can sit down to lunch with any of them and talk shop or have a good time.
