Welcoming and friendly, always willing to help
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is very hands on and cares about their team. They care about our best interest and aren't afraid to jump in and help when needed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our workload is extremely too much for our team to handle and constantly feels like we are drowning. The low pay is counteracted by fully remote, but now that is being slowly taken away.
