I loved the boot camp and how quickly I was filled in on the systems. However, I believe the company should reconsider enforcing a policy of working from the office twice a week. It does not say flexible. Additionally, I do better work from home as I wake up energized instead of early for commuting

health insurance even though it does not cover anything and the deductibles are very high

How inclusive it is. At first, I thought I would face issues integrating with so many different people but everyone is friendly and welcoming
