My team and manager are great but my experiences with the executive leadership have been awful.

The executive leadership is completely out of touch.

Get rid of the idiotic executives forcing us to return to the office.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people at the top of this company don't give a damn about us lowly Support reps, but my manager and team are great to work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm forced to drive to an office an hour away, even though the team I work with is entirely remote. During a meeting with a VP thatI requested to get to the bottom of why I'm being forced to go to an office an hour away to simply work on my laptop he scoffed when I asked for gas/mileage compensation
