That you can message someone to get help and not be told off.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together and make sure everybody gets the help them need when they have questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
parking, why do we have to pay for parking. We are told to come in more each year and get no pay increase or incentive or parking.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Just make life easier, not paying for parking at the place where my companies name is on the side of the building, and they can't help out much.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not really much, not really around and changes they make just feel weird. Why are we coming in on every other thursday. I get less done at the office and still have to pay for parking.
