What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We are constantly working 50 - 60 hour weeks, and we were threatened to have to work weekends. This is way too much.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
POs and higher-ups are pushing for unrealistic timelines which causes developers to work extreme hours. We don't have time to see our families.
