This company is a great place to start your career at, but the longer I've been here the more I feel like staying here long-term is not something that is incentivized.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The relaxed environment and approachability of everyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem pretty approachable, easygoing
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always willing to help, and are genuinely nice people.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Easing off some of what I believe to be pointless performance metrics would help. It feels like you have to sacrifice quality to hit some of the efficiency goals, which makes me less proud of what I do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay, and for Denver employees, cover parking completely. With the lower salary it's a hard pill to swallow having to pay that. RTD is unreliable so driving is the only way to ensure you are on time. If you require people to be in the office on certain days, you should cover their parking.
