Creating an opp/ making a sale and the support that I have when that happens.

They care about their employee's well-being and overall health. they do the best they can at setting everybody up for success
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hourly rate is sometimes tough. Also, If I set up an opp for a 1 person PLR user, I get paid the same as a 7 person AMS 360 deal. It's give & take, but sometimes that compensation seems a bit lopsided. there should be more accurate $ for commission.
