Getting to really make a difference to the people I do work for makes me very happy.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is down to earth and accessible. I can tell from speaking with them that they are truly passionate about their jobs and the company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The environment is fast but not overly so. Things do sometimes take a while to get moving and that can be frustrating if you like to get stuff done extremely quickly. But it's worth that frustration not to be running at 100mph all the time.
