I joined Vertafore 6 years ago, I've been given every opportunity to advance. Not every day is easy and each role I've had to overcome challenges but overall I think Vertafore has rewarded me fairly over that time and after I earned it they have treated me very well.

The wins for the sales team and our customers success
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team lifts each other up and we are friends outside of work
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flex PTO, uncapped commission, competitive base salary. I haven't always been happy with my comp when I compared my quota and challenges to other sales teams but the past two years especially I feel like all is corrected and good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Rick and Amy have done a great job, I really enjoyed our former CFO too and her knowledge of the MGA space. I feel like the executives make an effort to connect with me and are really good at listening and being open to ideas. I think the culture Vertafore has built is amazing and starts with theCEO
