The hybrid nature but also flexible first work environment is really nice and allows me to be more productive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing. QQ Catalyst is a group of very friendly and intelligent developers who are eager to help each other out and have fun in the process.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the pay for developers in QQ Catalyst is low for the market. Many of us could be making 1.5-2x the pay we're currently getting. Not to mention several jobs have been eliminated on our team do to attrition and have not been filled.
