What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe that my manager does an outstanding job and is always putting her team first above all else.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I was brought on I was told they did evaluations and raises every 6 months. I have still not seen any evaluations or raises since I have been here. They pay under market value for the workers they bring in. Benefits are subpar.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have one of the best teams I could imagine. It is rather unfortunate that we did a team building activity to educate ourselves about how to communicate effectively with others around us and the behaviors to avoid and yet one of the managers did not take that in and seems to be more aggressive now.
