What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Young, inexperienced teams. In time, they will be good, but they aren't given anytime to develop or be trained in their roles.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Hire a better mix of young, inexperience people with wise, experienced professionals. If you have inexperienced leading inexperienced, you have a recipe for disaster.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Culture. You get the feeling that Vertafore is a churn-and-burn employer. Burn you out in two years and move on to the next employee.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Rewarding the hard work from their teams. We're going 100% every day and don't get so much as a thank you. Middle-management is inexperienced and wants to give orders, not foster inclusiveness of ideas, feedback, or different perspectives.
