Everyone is severely overworked and tired. At least within marketing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For my level of responsibility I sometimes feel underpaid, but overall I'm pretty happy with compensation.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I feel that we have too lofty of goals that are not sustainable for the workforce. Talent will not be retained.
