Our office like on big family and this relationship expands on to our customer base.

My team is well seasoned but still open to new ideas. We are more a family than co-workers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe our salaries are very competitive though there is inequality in the bonus structure based on the department you are in. Professional services get paid based on billable utilization though we are not a sales unit. If Sales are bad we suffer.
