
I love most of my teammates. I really think that we work together, in the best interest of the customer, to get cases resolved in the quickest way possible. If someone is sick or out of the office, we are all willing to take cases and help out.
Our health insurance package is AWESOME. I switched to the HSA option last year, and I am so glad I did! Because I don't go to the doctor often, and the amount in my HSA rolls over, it is going to be an even better plan for me in 2018.
Customer Support in the Pulaski location is kind of our own little world. Our managers frequently bring us food (food is the way to our hearts) and do things to let the team know they are appreciated. They do this on a normal basis, but especially when we experience outages, that make the week tough
Yesterday, we had a meeting (the first in my time in 2 years) where the executive team admitted that they had made mistakes in some of the ways they had handled the massive changes we are undergoing as a company. I thought this was great, they owned the situation & wanted to help us deal with it.
