My immediate team has been working together for several years and have an open, friendly and collaborative environment both inside and outside of work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The current leadership is lacks transparency, thoughtfulness and make knee-jerk decisions chasing the next 'shiny object'. They do not care about long term impact for employees/customers.
