I've enjoyed my job here. It's a good job in general. I like my manager and analysts. I've made long term friends. I enjoy most days at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is awesome. he doesn't micromanage but keeps us all in line. We have a great team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like working with our customers and helping. Most of the customers are very pleasant and get to know you on a first name basis
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We do quite a few different activities throughout the year. Bingo, contests, etc. Happy hours also. Lunch is provided regularly. Positive atmosphere in office. Lots of laughs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compenation can be kind of low for the amount of work some do. Especially taking the rising cost of living into consideration. While we do get normal increases, it still feels as though we're a bit underpaid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team mates have become friends. We work well together. We enjoy our days together. We do our jobs, but still also get enjoyment out of interacting with each other. One of the best things about the job is the people we work with directly.
