What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They let you be you without holding to strict normal office environment
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership members do show that they care about us as people and not just another employee
What are some of the best things about your team?
A good majority of us work together well and care about each other to work hard for each other. We care about our manager and vice versa so it makes working easier even when dealing with a difficult client
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay needs to be much better and getting a pay raise with above standard reviews should not be restricted to if you received a promotion in the last year or not. It's very disheartening to see the showcase of Accelerate while making less than expected at a tech company
