Its mostly been good. Pay is my biggest concern. I like my team and the company as a whole but pay isn't covering enough. Also, the AI roll out has been confusing and tough.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the people. Happy hours are nice when they happen
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think that I am friends with everyone on the team or at least friendly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay can't cover rent and food. Hard to determine budget since most money comes from commission. the sales team beats company goals regularly and yet, no raises even with rising cost of living.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay. The sales floor makes a lot of money for the company and they ask a lot of us. The hourly pay does not cover rent and groceries. and we have to pay for parking while being the only team that has to come in 3+ days a week.
